Welcome to Little Sprouts!
My name is Kim Kristiansen and I am the Director/Owner, as well as one of the Early Childhood Educators at Little Sprouts in White Rock B.C. Little Sprouts is a five hour child care (preschool format) program that is designed to specifically foster the individual needs of your child. At Little Sprouts children are free to learn, play and explore in a safe loving environment, while at the same time preparing for their future full day kindergarten experience. Little Sprouts accepts children from 3 - 5 years of age, however exceptions will be made for one or two children between 2.5 - 3 years. All children attending Little Sprouts must be potty trained.

SPACE AVAILABILITY Limited space is available at Little Sprouts for the 12/13 school year. Please click on the registration link to begin the registration process. Space will now be allocated on a first come first serve basis. To secure space in any of the programs at Little Sprouts you must submit the following items at one of the Little Sprouts locations: A Little Sprouts registration form (sent to you through email or picked up from the schoolhouse) Post dated cheques for the duration of the program (dated for the 1st of each month) Deposit cheque (dated with today's date). 100% refundable if you do not withdraw after registration.
Little Sprouts began in South Surrey B.C., January 2006, and due to overwhelming popularity, moved into two separate locations in White Rock in September 2008. Both White Rock locations, which are just three blocks apart, are set in cozy country style bungalows that are dedicated strictly to the children at Little Sprouts. The most recent (2009) South Surrey location is set at Rosemary Heights Elementary School. Little Sprouts offers a five hour quality (preschool format) program with the flexibility of choosing from 2,3 or 5 days per week and boasts an excellent 1:6 child teacher ratio, with a maximum cap of 10 or 12 children per day. The longer day at Little Sprouts gives your child a chance to settle in and enjoy an array of activities such as, outdoor/indoor play, cooking/baking, phonics, number work, printing, crafts, music and gardening; while the low ratio allows teachers to offer a high quality program that can fit with the individual needs of your child.
