Little Sprouts - Registration

If you are interested in registering your child at Little Sprouts or becoming part of the waitlist, please take a moment to fill out the information below. Once you have completed the form you will be sent a confirmation email within 24 hours. Although this confirmation does not secure a space for your child at Little Sprouts, it is the first step in enrolling your child in the program.

Once in-house registration is complete (the last week of February) parents who have registered their child on line, will be notified by phone if their request is available. Keep in mind that t's never too late to register your child, as many family situations can change throughout the year. There is no obligation, registration is FREE and it's important to note that parents are contacted in the order they registered on line.
